01 Introduction

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the agen888 Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. agen888 does not accept members under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the agen888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban.

When completing registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name (as it appears on your identity document), date of birth, contact email address, Malaysian mobile number, and any other information required during the KYC process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the agen888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Platform supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

agen888 reserves the right to request additional verification of any payment transaction before processing a withdrawal. Funds deposited using a particular method must generally be withdrawn using the same method up to the deposited amount, after which alternative methods may be used for any remaining balance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

agen888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty tier bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) that must be satisfied before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While using active bonus funds, the maximum permissible bet per round or hand is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500. Placing bets that exceed this cap during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Live sports bets may contribute at a rate of 50%–100% depending on the odds. Specific rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and the associated wagering requirement satisfied within the stated validity window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation date. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Sticky Bonuses: Unless specifically described as "cashable", all bonuses on agen888 are sticky — the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn, only the net winnings generated from wagering it.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Where a promotion specifies a maximum cash-out limit, winings derived from that bonus are capped at the stated amount regardless of total win amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: agen888 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear rollover requirements while minimising real risk exposure.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activities on the agen888 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues, and markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, AFC Champions League, UFC, and others) are published on the relevant market pages.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out function for the relevant market.
• agen888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there has been a clear error in the odds offered (palpable error), including but not limited to: mis-stated decimal odds, data feed errors, or system malfunctions. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Balance.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded at the time of placement — where the live odds were not offered — will be voided.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition, as published on the Platform.
• Asian Handicap markets are settled based on the full-time result of the match, including any injury time, but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless stated otherwise.
• agen888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, particularly for accounts suspected of arbitrage betting or unusual wagering patterns.
• Winings from sports bets are calculated using the odds confirmed at the time the bet was accepted. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect settled bets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agen888 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in these activities is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their consent.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. agen888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and reports suspicious transactions.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or any pattern designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting markets.

• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks on deposits after using those funds on the Platform.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at agen888 staff or other users via any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

agen888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Member or their authorised representative.
• A request from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.
• The Member's jurisdiction rendering continued access to the Platform unlawful.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made accessible. Where a breach is confirmed, balances derived from or associated with the breach may be forfeited.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded via the Member's registered payment method after standard withdrawal verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agen888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: financial losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical failures, service interruptions, or delayed transactions.

agen888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the agen888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of agen888 or its licensed content partners.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, upload, transmit, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from agen888.

The agen888 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial or public context is prohibited.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agen888 is incorporated and licensed to operate.
